We look forward to seeing you at our Celebration of Global Friendships Gala at 5:30 pm on September 11th at the Balboa Bay Resort! During the evening we will we celebrate 22 years of transforming lives in the United States and across the globe. We will also honor Dr. Hans Keirstead whose scientific talent, compassion, and entrepreneurialism has improved, extended, and saved countless lives, and Sientra, a company whose years of support ensured the growth and sustainability of our breast reconstruction and burn programs.
As a humanitarian medical organization, we deeply care about the health and well-being of our patients, volunteers, and supporters. With the Covid-19 Delta Variant surging, we are compelled to set forth the following guidelines for attendance at the Gala.
- We ask that guests attending the Celebration of Global Friendships Gala be fully vaccinated or have a negative Covid-19 test within 72 hours of the event.
- Guests who are unable to be vaccinated due to health restrictions or are vaccinated but feel more comfortable wearing a mask to reduce risk, should wear an appropriate mask unless eating or drinking.
